We have joined the 21st century and are now going to be posting articles regularly on our blog!

The articles will focus on information for upgrading Macintosh computers, but anything Apple-related is not out of the question. We hope this will be a valued resource for our customers as we continue to expand.

The Mac Upgrade Store now has a feature to lookup your mac by serial number! This serial number search will find Apple Macintosh computers ranging from iMacs, Mac Minis, MacBook Pros, and more.

You can locate your serial number by following these steps:

1. Click on the Apple logo at the top-left of your screen and then click About This Mac.
2. Click on the version number twice to display your serial number.
3. If your Mac is not on, the serial number can usually be found on the bottom, on the back, or in the battery compartment.
4. Enter your serial number in the Mac serial number search box and click 'Go'

We are proud to announce the re-branding of the Mac Upgrade Store with its new logo! In addition to the new logo, we have updated the colors and overall look & feel of the site to match. Feel free to let us know what you think of the new design.

The Mac family pages for the iMac, MacBook Pro, and PowerBook G4 have been updated for better usability. These pages now start with selecting the Mac category and then drilling down to the specific model.

We now offer solid state drive upgrades for Mac Pros and iMacs. These SSD kits contain a 2.5-inch solid state drive with a 3.5-inch mounting bracket, manufactured to fit the Mac Pro and iMac hard drive slots.

You can now join the Mac Upgrade Store social experience by tweeting, liking, or rating each of our products! Click on the "tweet" or "like" buttons to promote your favorite product on Twitter or Facebook, respectively. View the average rating for a product or submit your own rating straight from the product page.

The Mac Upgrade Store now has a new look and feel, focusing on user experience and browser compatibility. The new theme contains consistent color schemes and styles throughout the entire site. We have also redesigned the front page for featured products and added more content.

Most of our products are now 20% off their original listing price. The new prices are indicated on each individual product page.
