Domestic Shipping

Currently, we offer free shipping on all items shipped within the United States! If you are in need to have your item expedited, please contact us at (800) 499-1644 or e-mail us at support@mac-upgrade-store.com prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days once your payment has cleared, so you should receive your item within 3 to 7 business days. Payments via PayPal eCheck typically take 3-4 business days to clear.

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs related to their order, and these charges are non-refundable in most circumstances.

International Shipping

For most international shipments, we use USPS Priority Mail International. We cannot guarantee the delivery time for USPS shipments despite the 4-10 days advertised by USPS. Although rare, USPS Priority Mail International has been known to take 4-6 weeks to deliver to certain areas, so please consider this when purchasing an item.

Both Domestic Shipping and International Shipments

We cannot guarantee a tracking number, but if one is e-mailed to you, please know that your item will ship the same day your shipping information is sent, regardless of whether the tracking information has updated. Some carriers do not immediately update their tracking status, so please allow a few days for tracking information to update before contacting us. Please keep in mind that when it comes to tracking information, we have the same information available to us that you have when you check your tracking updates. Once the package has left our facility, the item is under the care of the carrier. We cannot account for the item’s exact whereabouts, specific delivery times, or missed delivery attempts. If you have any questions or concerns about a package that is taking longer than expected to arrive, please start by asking your local Postman or UPS delivery person for information. If they cannot help, please contact your local Post Office or UPS distribution center. If you still have trouble finding information regarding your package whereabouts, please contact us. We will do all we can to open investigations or claim forms from our end.
